Use case
Turn the people already reading your donate page into donors
Your donate page is the highest-intent page on your website, and it is also where you lose the most people. Someone reads the ask, weighs it, and closes the tab. Your fundraising platform never sees them, because they never gave. Your email list never sees them, because they never subscribed. The visit produces nothing at all.
The stack path
Exactly what happens, in order, with the platforms named. Every linked step is a real integration page carrying its own honest status label.
- 1
A visitor lands on /donate and your consent banner asks first.
- 2
They accept. Only then does the Ballot Signal tag do anything.
Consent Mode v2 → - 3
We resolve the consented visitor into a supporter record with contact fields, the donate-page intent signal, and the full consent record.
- 4
Your fundraising platform's webhook enriches the same record with giving history if this person has given before.
ActBlue → - 5
The record is written to your CRM with the consent evidence attached.
NGP VAN → - 6
A Slack alert fires for records above your giving threshold so a human can call today, not next week.

Illustration, not a projection
Illustration, not a promise: if your donate page sees 4,000 visits in a quarter and roughly a third of visitors accept consent, and you identify a portion of those, you are looking at a few hundred named, warm, consented supporters you did not have before. Your real numbers depend on your traffic, your banner's accept rate, and your match rate — we will not quote you a conversion figure we have not measured on your site.
Why the donate page leaks
Form-fill rates are brutally low everywhere. 6sense’s research on B2B form fills puts the rate in the range of 3% to 3.5%, and analyst Kerry Cunningham has put it plainly: only about 3% of website visitors fill out forms. Campaign donate pages are not a different universe. The person who reads your ask twice and does not give is not a lost cause — they are an unidentified warm supporter, and the only reason you cannot call them is that nothing on your site was built to notice.
The same 6sense research found that 74% of organizations do not de-anonymize their non-form-fill web traffic at all. That is the gap. Most campaigns are not losing to a competitor’s better tools. They are losing to nobody, because nobody is looking.
What “identify” means here, precisely
It means: a visitor who was shown a consent request, who accepted it, and who is then resolved into a supporter record you can act on. It does not mean buying a list, renting a data set, or matching an IP address against a broker file. If the visitor declines, or ignores the banner, or never sees it because your banner is broken, nothing happens and there is no record. That is the trade, and it is the entire point.
Getting the finance ask right
An identified supporter is not a donor. Treat the record as a warm lead, not a pledge:
- Match against your existing donor file first. If they have given, the ask is different — and it is usually higher.
- Use the page they read. Someone who read your “where the money goes” page is asking a different question than someone who bounced off the amount buttons.
- Move fast on the top slice. The Slack alert exists so that a call goes out while the person still remembers visiting.
- Do not text them because you have a phone number. A phone number on the supporter record is not consent to send automated texts. Read TCPA & texting before you route any of this to SMS.
The integrations in this path

Fundraising & payments
NGP VANNGP VAN / EveryAction
The dominant Democratic and progressive campaign database — if your organizers live anywhere, they live here.
CRM & voter contact
SlackSlack
Puts a warm supporter in front of a human in seconds — the difference between a record and a phone call.
Automation
The integration layer
Works with your stack
53 platforms across eight categories, each carrying an honest status label — including the ones that say "coming soon" and "partner-only."
Text wordmarks only — we do not display partner logos without written permission, and a badge here never implies an endorsement or a native connector. The status on each partner page is the claim; this wall is just the map. Not seeing yours? Request an integration.
