For campaign managers: one routing layer instead of six manual exports

The campaign manager — accountable for the whole operation and for every tool that does not talk to the other tools.

What actually hurts

Your stack does not connect and you are the connector

The fundraising platform, the CRM, the email tool and the texting vendor each hold a piece of the same person. Reconciling them is somebody's Friday, every Friday.

Data hygiene degrades under deadline pressure

Duplicates multiply, consent provenance gets lost in the third export, and by October nobody can say where a given record came from.

You carry the compliance risk personally

When somebody asks how a phone number got on the texting list, you are the one who has to answer — and the answer needs to be a record, not a memory.

The actual job this does

Ballot Signal sits between your website and everything downstream. One consent gate, one supporter record, one dedupe key, and routing rules you configure once. It is deliberately boring infrastructure, and boring infrastructure is what stops a stack from producing three versions of the same person by September.

The dedupe rule, written down

Match order is: lowercased-email hash first, then phone, then name plus address. On a match we update rather than create, and only the fields you have marked overwritable. That rule is the same in every destination, so your CRM and your email tool converge instead of drifting. The full field list is on what you get.

What to check in week one

  • Deny consent in a private window and confirm in the network tab that nothing fires. If something fires, that is a bug and we want to hear about it the same day.
  • Push one real record and follow it through every destination before you turn on volume.
  • Export a CSV and confirm the consent columns are populated. That file is your evidence, and you should know it exists before you need it.

Start with these use cases

  • GOTV: the final 60 days

In the closing stretch, traffic spikes and attention is finite. Ballot Signal turns the surge of consented visitors into named supporters your GOTV program can actually work.

  • Replace list rentals

List rentals are expensive, decaying, non-exclusive and increasingly legally awkward. Ballot Signal builds a list out of people who came to you and said yes.

Your pricing tier

Matched to the office level you are running

One rate card, applied the same way to every similarly-situated campaign. Ask for a written quote and keep it in your compliance file.

The integration layer

Works with your stack

53 platforms across eight categories, each carrying an honest status label — including the ones that say "coming soon" and "partner-only."

Browse all integrations

Text wordmarks only — we do not display partner logos without written permission, and a badge here never implies an endorsement or a native connector. The status on each partner page is the claim; this wall is just the map. Not seeing yours? Request an integration.
