Honest about what we do not have yet.
Matching a name and address to a voter file record — party registration, vote history, district assignment — requires a commercial relationship with a voter data provider. Ballot Signal does not have those relationships on day one, and this category exists to say so plainly rather than to imply a capability we have not shipped. Read /compliance/voter-file-rules/ for exactly what 'resolve' means without a voter file.

Voter data: questions
So Ballot Signal cannot tell us someone's party?
Correct. We resolve consented first-party visitors into a supporter record with contact and intent data. We do not append party registration, vote history, or district from a voter file today.
Can we bring our own voter file access?
In many cases yes, on your side of the fence: export the supporter record and match it inside the tool where you already hold a voter-file license. That keeps your data license intact and keeps us out of the middle of it.
When will this change?
When a partnership is signed, not before. This page will change on the day it does, and the status badges will change with it.
