Use case
The final 60 days: stop wasting the traffic your ads are already buying
In the last 60 days your traffic multiplies — ads, earned media, debate spikes, a viral clip. It is the most expensive attention you will ever buy, and almost none of it converts to a form fill. Then the cycle ends and the traffic is gone, and the only record of it is a line item in your ad report.
The stack path
Exactly what happens, in order, with the platforms named. Every linked step is a real integration page carrying its own honest status label.
- 1
Traffic surges from ads, press and organic search across your issue and donate pages.
- 2
Consent is requested on arrival; the accept rate is your ceiling, and it is worth optimizing.
Cookiebot → - 3
Ballot Signal resolves consented visitors into supporter records, tagged by which pages they read.
- 4
Records flow into your voter contact database in near real time.
NGP VAN → - 5
SMS-consented records — and only those — flow to your texting platform for GOTV messaging.
Tatango → - 6
A server-side conversion event goes back to your ad platform so the algorithm optimizes toward supporters, not clicks.
Meta CAPI →
Illustration, not a projection
Illustration, not a promise: the value here is concentrated in a short window, which cuts both ways. Installed in September, this compounds for two months. Installed the week before Election Day, it will not save you. Install early in the cycle so the consent record has time to accumulate.
Why the last 60 days are different
Two things change at once. First, volume: the same site that got 300 visits a day gets 3,000. Second, urgency: there is no time to nurture, so the record has to be actionable on arrival. That combination is exactly what a routing layer is for. You do not want an intern exporting CSVs at 11pm in October.
The compliance trap in the closing stretch
The final weeks are when campaigns break rules — not out of malice, but out of speed. Two specific traps:
- Texting a phone number because you have it. A phone number attached to a supporter record is not consent to send automated text messages. Your consent record has to show express written consent for that channel specifically. Read TCPA & texting before the surge, not during it.
- Turning off the consent banner “just for GOTV.” Firing trackers before consent is precisely the conduct at issue in the California wiretapping and pen-register cases now working through the courts. Read CIPA & website tracking. Do not let anybody talk you into this in week seven.
Install early, not late
The honest version of this use case: Ballot Signal is most valuable to a campaign that installed it in the spring and least valuable to one that installs it in the last two weeks. If you are reading this in October of an election year, install it anyway — but the compounding you are buying is for the next cycle.
The integrations in this path
NGP VAN / EveryAction
The dominant Democratic and progressive campaign database — if your organizers live anywhere, they live here.
CRM & voter contact
TatangoTatango
Heavy political and nonprofit use, and strict about opt-in — which is exactly why a real consent record is the thing that makes a list usable here.
Email & SMS
Scale to WinScale to Win
Where a lot of Democratic peer-to-peer texting actually happens, and it inherits its consent posture from whatever VAN holds.
Email & SMS
Meta CAPIMeta Conversions API
Political ad budgets are optimized on conversion signal, and most campaigns are feeding the algorithm almost nothing.
Ads & analytics
RumbleUpRumbleUp
A primary GOP-side peer-to-peer texting platform, especially for MMS-heavy persuasion programs.

The integration layer
Works with your stack
53 platforms across eight categories, each carrying an honest status label — including the ones that say "coming soon" and "partner-only."
Text wordmarks only — we do not display partner logos without written permission, and a badge here never implies an endorsement or a native connector. The status on each partner page is the claim; this wall is just the map. Not seeing yours? Request an integration.
