Consent-first visitor identification for campaigns
The consent layer between your website and everything else in your stack.
Ballot Signal identifies your campaign's own website visitors — only after they consent — resolves them into a full supporter record, and pushes it straight into the CRM, fundraising, email, and texting tools you already use.
53 integrations across 8 categories, every one carrying an honest status label — including the ones that say "coming soon" and "partner-only." If it is not built yet, the badge says so.
The problem
Your website is the most-visited thing you own, and it names almost nobody.
Every channel you run points at your website. Ads point at it. Press points at it. Yard signs and door hangers point at it. Then almost everyone who arrives leaves without ever telling you who they were.
That is not a copywriting problem you can fix with a better form. It is structural — and for a campaign it is the largest pool of warm, self-selected, locally-relevant supporters you will ever have access to, evaporating daily.

How it works
Three steps, and the first one is asking permission.
- 01
Ask first
The Ballot Signal tag loads on your site and does nothing at all until your consent management platform reports that the visitor granted the categories you require. Declined or undecided means no identifier, no request, no record.
How the gate works → - 02
Resolve
For consented visitors only, we resolve the visit into a supporter record: contact fields, postal address, the pages they read, the attribution that brought them, and the consent evidence itself.

Route
The normalized record is written into the tools you already run — CRM, fundraising, email, texting, ads — deduplicated on one key, with the consent timestamp, version and source URL attached to every copy.

You can verify step one yourself in ninety seconds: open a private window, decline consent, and watch the network tab. If anything fires, that is a bug and we want the report.
The integration layer
Works with your stack
53 platforms across eight categories, each carrying an honest status label — including the ones that say "coming soon" and "partner-only."
Text wordmarks only — we do not display partner logos without written permission, and a badge here never implies an endorsement or a native connector. The status on each partner page is the claim; this wall is just the map. Not seeing yours? Request an integration.
Use cases
What campaigns actually do with it
Turn visitors into donors
The people who read your donate page and did not give are the warmest names you will ever have. Today they are invisible.
Read the path →Recruit volunteers
Volunteer forms are the longest forms on your site, so the drop-off is worst. Name the people who read the shift list.
Read the path →GOTV: the final 60 days
Traffic multiplies in the closing stretch. Turn the surge into records your field program can work the same day.
Read the path →Stop wasting ad spend
Your ad platform is optimizing on a dozen form fills a month. Give it a real, consented conversion instead.
Read the path →Replace list rentals
A rented list is somebody else's supporters, rented to three other campaigns. This one is exclusively yours.
Read the path →Compliance is the product, not the footnote
Four bodies of law shape this category. We wrote a page on each.
We fire after consent, never before — the distinction the wiretapping and pen-register cases turn on.
Read it → TCPA & 10DLCEvery record carries consent language, timestamp, source URL and version — the evidence texting platforms ask for.
Read it → FECOne rate card, same terms to every similarly-situated campaign, so our service is not an in-kind contribution.
Read it → State privacyOnly two states expressly exempt political organizations. Consent-first is the design that survives the patchwork.
Read it →None of it is legal advice — we are a software company, not a law firm. It is written so you know what to ask your counsel.
Pricing
One rate card, by level of office.
The same terms to every similarly-situated campaign, regardless of party — which is not just fairness, it is what keeps our service from being an in-kind contribution under 11 CFR 100.52(d). No party-specific pricing, in either direction.
Before you book anything
Is this legal?
The mechanism is consent. We identify a visitor only after they have been asked and have granted the categories you require, and we store the evidence of that consent with every record. Whether your specific program is compliant depends on your consent language, your outreach, and your jurisdiction — which is why the compliance center exists and why we say plainly that none of it is legal advice.
How is this different from the B2B visitor-ID tools I have seen?
Three ways. Those tools generally match against a third-party publisher network rather than your visitor's consent on your site; they integrate with sales stacks rather than NGP VAN, ActBlue, WinRed and Tatango; and they are built for a commercial compliance frame that does not include TCPA, FEC rules or the state political-exemption patchwork.
Can you tell me someone's party registration or vote history?
No. That requires a commercial voter file relationship we have not signed, and we will not imply otherwise. Resolution today means your own consented first-party data plus a commercial identity graph. See voter file rules for the full explanation.
What percentage of my visitors will you identify?
We will not quote you a number before seeing your site. It depends on your traffic mix, your consent accept rate and your match rate, and any vendor who gives you a confident percentage in a first conversation is guessing.
What if my campaign uses a tool you do not integrate with?
Then you use the signed universal webhook, the Zapier app, or CSV export — all live today. That is why our coverage claim does not depend on a marketplace review queue.
