For PACs and advocacy organizations: sustained audiences, not a 90-day sprint
PACs, super PACs, 501(c)(4) advocacy organizations and issue coalitions running year-round programs.
What actually hurts
You are not exempt the way campaigns assume they are
State privacy laws treat political organizations inconsistently. Only Texas and Virginia expressly exempt political organizations, and Colorado and New Jersey exempt no nonprofits at all. Assuming you are covered is a plan without a floor.
Your supporter base has to survive between cycles
A campaign can afford to build a list and dissolve. You cannot. Provenance, consent versioning and portability matter over years, not weeks.
Your list is your product
Fundraising, mobilization and influence all run off the same asset, and every source of it needs to be defensible independently.
Consent versioning is the feature you will care about in year three
Every supporter record stores the consent version string in force when consent was captured. When you update your privacy policy or change what you collect, the old records still carry the terms they actually agreed to. That is what lets you answer “what did this person agree to in March 2026” with a record rather than a guess.
State privacy law is the real constraint
Read state privacy laws before you design your program. The short version: the political and nonprofit exemptions people assume exist mostly do not, they vary by state, and several of the newer laws have no nonprofit exemption at all. A consent-first architecture is the design that survives that patchwork without a fifty-state legal memo.
What we hand your counsel
A data processing agreement, a sub-processor list, a retention schedule, and a plain description of the consent record’s fields. All of it is on security & privacy and DPA before you talk to sales, because the organizations that ask these questions ask them first.
Integrations that matter to you
All integrations →Salesforce
The enterprise floor for large PACs, advocacy organizations and party committees with real IT governance.
CRM & voter contact
HubSpotHubSpot
The CRM most consultants and advocacy shops already run alongside a political database — often the reporting layer leadership actually looks at.
CRM & voter contact
KlaviyoKlaviyo
Increasingly the email and SMS platform of choice for advocacy organizations that run like consumer brands.
Email & SMS
AnedotAnedot
Cross-partisan, signs its webhooks properly, and natively carries a communications-consent flag — the closest thing to a consent-native fundraising platform.
Fundraising & payments
WebhookUniversal webhook
The honest answer to 'do you integrate with X?' when X is not on this list — and the reason our coverage claim does not depend on a marketplace review queue.
Automation
OneTrustOneTrust
The enterprise CMP — where a state party or large advocacy organization has a privacy office, this is usually what they bought.
Consent & privacy
Start with these use cases
- Recruit volunteers
Volunteer pages convert worse than donate pages. Ballot Signal identifies the consented visitors who showed up, read the shift list, and left — so your organizers can follow up with a name instead of a number.
- Replace list rentals
List rentals are expensive, decaying, non-exclusive and increasingly legally awkward. Ballot Signal builds a list out of people who came to you and said yes.
Your pricing tier
PAC & advocacy
Annual terms, since your program does not stop on Election Day. Sub-processor list and DPA available before you sign, not after.
The integration layer
Works with your stack
53 platforms across eight categories, each carrying an honest status label — including the ones that say "coming soon" and "partner-only."
Text wordmarks only — we do not display partner logos without written permission, and a badge here never implies an endorsement or a native connector. The status on each partner page is the claim; this wall is just the map. Not seeing yours? Request an integration.
